It’s that remarkable time of year when it is impossible to believe that there was as much snow as there was just a couple months ago and that there ever could be scorching hot days and leaves on the trees just a few weeks from now. As I look out my window today, I see tiny green leaves start to pop out of the otherwise flattened, brown vegetation that was apparently lush last summer. Less than three months ago, this is the view I had:
